Code Complaints

Property Maintenance Inspection Services LLC (PMIS) handles the Borough’s code complaints. All complaints must be filed in writing, using the Borough’s Code Complaint Form. PMIS can be reached by calling 724-366-8001.

Occupancy Permits

K2 Engineering, Inc. handles the Borough’s Occupancy Permits. K2 can be reached by calling 724-439-3440.

No Lien Letters

No Lien Letters are handled in-house by Code Enforcement. Requests should be sent to the Borough, along with the fee of $40 per Tax Parcel ID.
